What You'll Do:

As a key member of the Operations Systems & Training Team, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative support for the Senior Director, and Senior Managers within the department. This may include the following activities:

  • Creating content, updating and maintaining materials on SharePoint.
  • Assisting with the coordination of the Corporate Trainer schedules.
  • Assisting in the creation of documents such as memos, correspondence, reports, PowerPoint presentations, presentation materials, graphics and spreadsheets.
  • Scheduling and supporting meetings with internal, interdepartmental, and external vendors. This includes preparing agendas, taking minutes and providing follow up documentation.
  • Assisting in the occasional support of multiple email inboxes; including distributing emails and responding to inquiries.
  • Planning and supporting onsite and virtual team events.
  • Working alongside the Project Managers and assist with coordination tasks, and other duties as required.
Who You Are:
  • You have 1-3 years of administrative experience.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are enthusiastic in dealing with new challenges and exercises professionalism.
  • You have strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • You are a team player but are also able to perform well independently.
  • You have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • You may have experience and/or understanding of restaurant operations.
