Randstad Victoria is now looking for an solid administrator to help our client in the food sitibution sector, located in Sidney.This is a contract position starting asap for a few weeks but could be extended for longer.You contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of by supporting the work of the Director and operational team. You would actively contribute to a positive and productive working environmentAdvantages

- Parking availableResponsibilities

• Provide administrative support
• Review of spreadsheets and other documents to confirm standard operating procedure is followed
• Manage department filing system
• Receive and respond to incoming calls in a friendly, courteous and timely manner and relay voice mail from the general mailbox to the appropriate team member and department
• Track and monitor budgeted office expenses pertaining to telephone, equipment, supplies, donations, uniforms and courier services
• Manage and process purchase orders weekly
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company requirements
• Perform other administrative duties as required

Qualifications

• Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite especially excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in the use of office equipment (computer, voice message systems, fax, photo copier)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Solid oral and written communication skills
• Proven time management, organization, and multi tasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
