Job Description
Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Administrative Traffic Coordinator to work for our client, a well-established and dynamic company majoring in logistics located in Saint John, NB. - Location: Saint John, NB
- Shifts: 12 hours shifts (7-7 including some nights) | schedule TBD
- Job type: Temporary | Full-time
- Hires fast, pays weekly
- 4% vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque

- Handling gate enquiries and exceptions for small volume of local pick-up import off for all services
- Handling COV & COD requests associated with exports & Imports and Billing HLC service (SSR)
- Carrying out EDI management
- Handling discharge Management HPL Service MSC & CMA Cagema
- Fulfilling rail loading as well as all documents\xe2\x80\x99 preparations
- Handling all RNS and Steamship Management
- Handling all customs holds & management
- Carrying out all needed afterhours export support
- High proficiency is MS Office Suite, especially Excel is a must
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Problem-solver with excellent analytical skills
- Able to effectively communicate with all parties, internally and externally
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
