Job Description


Boldt Pools and Spas is hiring for an enthusiastic and driven Administrative Scheduling Coordinator to work with our existing team members to provide outstanding service to our clients and assist with scheduling. This position takes place in an office setting and will be given a designated workspace to assist our customers. At Boldt Pools and Spas, our goal is to provide our clients with a positive experience and build lasting relationships based on trust, efficiency, and reliability.   • superior time management and organizational skills
  • attention to detail
  • excellent phone manner and pleasant attitude in person
  • must be a self starter and have the ability to work alone and keep yourself on track
  • must be computer literate; experience with Outlook, Excel and Word and the ability to learn other customized programs
  • willingness to learn and take direction from managers
Pool knowledge is not part of this position. We are looking for candidates who are organized, have attention to detail and is self motivated to stay on track. The successful candidate will be provided with extensive training on procedures and product knowledge upon hiring. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Schedule:
  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
