Job Description

Midland Transport is currently seeking a Traffic Coordinator based out of the Dieppe, NB Head Office location. The selected candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a "Can Do" attitude.

Qualifications:

• Education Required: Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn
• Can-Do attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Solid interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), organizational, and time management skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid data entry skills
• Booking loads from customer requests (email, phone) for truckload orders;
• Effectively communicate with central dispatch;
• Provide Excellent Customer Service;
• Assist with the manifesting of all domestic and US loads;
• Up-dating waybills/probills or manifests into the computer system (AS400) as required.
