Position: Administrative Technician, Human Resources
Location: Brossard and Hybrid Remote Work
Salary: $62,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and education
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the national human resources team
- Review and improve processes
- Create new employee files, maintain updated information
- Support the team in recruitment processes
- Conduct pre-employment checks
- Coordinate new employee onboarding
- Prepare employment contracts
- Write documents and internal memos for the human resources team
- Lead the internship program
- Conduct international recruitment, establish partnerships
- Participate in other human resources projects
Requirements:- Bilingual in spoken and written English and French, able to collaborate with employees outside Quebec
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Relevant studies in administration or human resources
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
