Intent of the process
This position is primarily located in Fort Smith, Northwest Territories. Locations are varied and there\xe2\x80\x99s a possibility of working in another Parks Canada office and/or possibility to work remotely (virtually) from anywhere in the Northwest Territories with approval from management. The results from this competition may be used to staff similar positions in the future on an indeterminate, term, seasonal or acting assignment basis.

Experience providing or coordinating the delivery of administrative support services**
Maintaining, tracking and managing files, records, correspondence; tracking, following up and consolidating responses for action items;
Experience using the Microsoft Office suite of programs including Word, Outlook, Excel and/or PowerPoint;
Experience providing guidance and recommendations to clients.
**Administrative support services is defined as, but not limited to: maintaining electronic filing systems; processing administrative requests; documenting and updating administrative procedures; preparing and collating background materials for meetings or cases, managing and tracking correspondence and briefing materials; managing e-mail accounts (sorting, forwarding, replying, following-up); organizing and coordinating meetings, travel and activities (hospitality & events requests); procuring office equipment and supplies, and other office related duties.
