Cummings Trailer Sales & Rentals is a family business dedicated to providing outstanding service and smooth rental experiences for our clients. We're looking for an organized and friendly individual to join our team as an Office & Rental Coordinator.

Responsibilities:



Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Manage and respond to emails promptly and professionally Coordinate and book rentals efficiently Create and manage social media posts and online advertising Assist with sales inquiries and follow-ups Maintain organized records and provide general office support

Qualifications:



Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficient with email, scheduling tools, and social media platforms Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus Reliable, friendly, and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time
