We are seeking a motivated and dynamic New Home Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and interacting with potential homebuyers, collecting contact information, providing exceptional customer service, and showcasing our new home offerings. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to helping clients find their dream homes.
Duties
Engage with prospective buyers to ascertain their needs and wants in a new home.
Provide detailed information about builder inventory and community amenities.
Assist occasionally with administrative tasks related to sales documentation, reporting and client communication.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with accurate information.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Real estate and/or sales experience is a benefit but not required.
Located in Cochrane, AB or willing to commit to the commute.
Well-presented in a relaxed professional atmosphere.
