GTA based brokerage is looking for New Home Sales Representative to work at presentation centre in Caledon. Candidates must be licensed, knowledgeable, reliable, self-motivated, a quick learner, good under pressure, have an approachable and enthusiastic personality, have basic to moderate computer skills, should be analytical and well-polished. Please send resume to click apply. : Sales Representatives are required to greet and present new home product to prospective purchasers who visit the office with the ultimate goal of selling new homes. Sales representatives report on their daily activity with accuracy, follow up with every prospective purchaser, have unparalleled knowledge of the product they are selling, continually study the competitive environment around them, and represent the client with a high degree of professionalism. Experience & Education Required: Licensed Realtor, through RECO, in good standing, required. Skills:
- Ability to create relationships with prospective purchasers
- Thorough understanding of agreements of purchase and sale
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Enjoy working with a team
- Honest and reliable
- Computer savvy with experience using Microsoft Excel
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Are you able to work Weekends & Holidays
- Real Estate Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- RECO License (required)
- 50% (preferred)
