We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Administrative & Assistant Dispatcher

to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting dispatch operations, coordinating schedules, and managing incoming calls and emails.

Responsibilities:



Assist the lead Dispatcher in all aspects of day-to-day operations. Help generate the following day's schedule for technicians, providing backup as needed. Handle incoming service calls and create service requests from customers, following OHD procedures and protocols. Assist the lead Dispatcher in assigning current day service requests to technicians based on skill sets and work requirements. Contact customers to schedule planned maintenance (PM) or to complete approved quoted repairs. Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks. Operate phone systems to communicate with drivers and customers. Provide general office support. Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles. Familiarity with computers, MS Office, and the ability to learn new technologies. Strong customer service focus for both internal and external stakeholders. Team player with effective communication skills. Self-directed with strong time-management abilities. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
