Job Overview


Inter-Mtn. Testing Ltd. is a Kelowna-based company providing specialized Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services for 35+ years across a wide range of industries, including the ski industry Canada-wide.
We are seeking a reliable Administrative & Dispatch Coordinator to support technician scheduling and daily office operations. This is a permanent, long-term position, and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with our team. Duties

& Responsibilities



Dispatch technicians, arrange and confirm customer appointments, and ensure schedules and travel details are accurate Create and update work orders Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Manage company database through METHOD CRM Answer incoming phone and email inquiries; perform data entry, shipping, and administrative support Provide consistent and professional customer service Contact new leads and follow up with existing clients Track vehicle maintenance status and submit weekly updates Maintain office cleanliness and coordinate with the cleaning company Manage office equipment, inventory, and supplies in a cost-effective manner General administrative support and other duties as required

Qualifications & Skills



3+ years of customer service or administrative experience Strong multitasking ability in a busy environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Able to work independently and in a team environment Strong problem-solving and conflict-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Strong time-management abilities Experience with QuickBooks Online and METHOD CRM is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
