Join us in this exciting new chapter as we build sustainable, digitally enabled workplaces designed to inspire and empower our teams to deliver life-changing medicines to the world.Introduction to Role:In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Legal Operations team, handling special projects and solving miscellaneous questions that arise. In addition, you will collaborate with the Global Legal team on the key legal administrative workflows, such as payments and document management, as well as becoming a subject matter expert in key technology systems used by the Global Legal department.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the Legal Operations team and wider Global Legal departmentBecome a subject matter expert in key legal technology systemsProvide sound advice with respect to deployment and use of legal technology tools to support efficient workflows (including AdobeSign/DocuSign, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, etc.)Support the Legal Operations team in providing ongoing development and maintenance of training, educational and knowledge management resourcesHandle special projects and solve miscellaneous problems that ariseAssist with research, data entry, expenses, filing, scanning, copying, and mailing as neededPrepare, edit, format, and mail legal documents, correspondence, emails, and reportsMaintain electronic and physical files and records in compliance with policies and proceduresManage the Global Legal department\xe2\x80\x99s memberships, subscriptions, and licenses. Ensuring timely and cost-effective renewals and paymentsLiaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and courtsUpdate legal department intranet site and related shared sitesAd hoc duties as assignedEssential Experience/ Qualifications:At least five years of administrative experienceTech savvy and comfortable learning new technology platforms and tools, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteSuperior verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detailCan work independently and prioritize multiple stakeholders and overlapping projects with tight deadlinesAbility to work across all levels of the organization including senior executives and external vendors with confidence and diplomacyCollaborative and ability to establish trust and credibility across Global Legal and all business stakeholdersPassion for continuous improvement and innovationAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Desired Experience/ Qualifications:Experience with Document Management and E-Billing platforms, such as iManage, HighQ, CounselLink, and Legal Tracker would be a plusExperience working in a legal or professional services environmentExperience managing changeRecognizing the importance of individualized flexibility, our ways of working allow employees to balance personal and work commitments while ensuring we continue to create a strong culture of collaboration and teamwork by engaging face-to-face in our offices 3 days a week.
