This is a unique opportunity to join and grow in a global human resources team. Reporting to Member Services, more specifically to the Canadian Operations, the candidate will act as the Human Resources Coordinator.

In addition to experience in human resources, customer service or payroll, there is a strong interest to appropriate to the various programs, company policies and processes. You have a keen interest in resolving various HR applications and working with our HR partners in different regions.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Provide customer service through case management; respond to requests from members and managers based on established service levels;
  • Contribute to the improvement of self-service solutions and the continuous improvement of procedures;
  • Support Human Resources teams by providing appropriate regional expertise;
  • Execute tasks that require a deep understanding of the applicable time management rules and their impacts on member\xe2\x80\x99s pay;
  • Make the necessary checks and corrections related to time management;
  • Produce notices of changes according to the deadlines prescribed in the corporate payroll department: verification of the data, validation of the level of approval;
  • Make entries into the employee record in PSA system for complex transactions such as involuntary termination;
  • Produce or correct letters that must be sent to members for specific situations;
  • Work collaboratively and with other resources of the service.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
  • AEC or DEC in Administration, Human Resources or any other related discipline;
  • Relevant work experience related to human resources, administration or payroll;
  • Bilingual (French and English), spoken and written, with ease of writing;
  • Knowledge of Labor Standards, an asset;
  • Knowledge of the office suite (Word, Excel);
  • Facilitated change management and ability to manage ambiguity;
  • Confidentiality, autonomy and diplomacy;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Listening ability and sound judgment;
  • Ability to work in tight deadlines;
