Job Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and enhancing customer service experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities



Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Manage scheduling and appointment bookings. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support. Maintain organized records and files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, proofreading documents, and preparing reports. Utilize Microsoft Office applications for various administrative tasks including document creation and spreadsheet management. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette, confidence and be professional while handling incoming calls and communicating with clients. Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall productivity. Go to site to meet trades and coordinate projects. Arrange Materials and Scheduling Logistics for Projects Managing Calendar and sending reminders for staff Assist in marketing tasks as directed Any other tasks given ability and ease to learn other computer programs. Assist with quoting and price estimation Go to site during reporting days and gather information and make reports. Knowledge of Building Systems an Asset

Skills



Strong administrative skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail. Experience in a contracting and construction environment is preferred but not mandatory. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and computer programs. Strong clerical skills including data entry and document management. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities. Ability to proofread documents for accuracy and clarity. Must be able to drive / have vehicle
