We are looking for an energetic, hard-working individual who works well under pressure to keep up with a very busy and fast paced Ophthalmology office. Our clinic is located in Cambridge and soon to be moving to Kitchener.
Surgical duties include, booking surgery appointments, answering phone calls, scanning reports, creating patient charts, updating medical records, data entry.
Schedule and confirm patient diagnostic appointments, surgeries, and medical consultations.
Ophthalmic Technician: Assist surgeon with in-office procedures and perform diagnostic testing.
Education and experience an asset. Knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook. Must be adaptable and thrive in a fast paced environment. Must have effective communication skills and work well under pressure in a fast-pace environment. Multitasking and professional attitude is key. Other requirements include: well organized, attention to detail, and problem solving.
Clinic Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-4:00 (some variation depending on clinic schedule)
