ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / LEASING AGENT



We are seeking an administrative assistant / leasing agent for an apartment complex located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a broad range of administrative duties in order to ensure the efficient and timely completion of assignments related to project management and the maintenance of the office and records. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills. As well as strong leadership skills, sales experience, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Candidates must have the ability to negotiate rentals and leases of suites on behalf of the property manager. Must be able to communicate effectively with tenants, suppliers and staff. A minimum of 1 year experience in property management is preferred. A criminal record check is required.

100 percent company paid benefits.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.80-$24.90 per hour
