Make an impact with our Administration team as an Administrative Assistant. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. As a trusted advisor, you'll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business.

Responsibilities




Print, assemble, and transmit tax returns. Provide administrative support to professionals and assistants. Format and finalize financial statements, letters, communications, special reports, etc. Archive files. Proceed with printing, scanning, and assembling documents. Take part in developing new ideas and approaches aimed at improving work procedures. Replace receptionist occasionally Perform any other related tasks.

Skills and Experience




Hold a vocational diploma (DEP) in secretarial studies or equivalent. Strong ability to work with the MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Ability to build excellent interpersonal relationships and a recognized ability to work effectively in a team. Maintain a professional approach in all interactions. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on their relative importance and urgency. Meet tight deadlines. Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing instructions. Able to work under pressure and do overtime when the volume of requests justifies it. Demonstrate great precision and exactitude in your work. Bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset, as the role involves handling documents in both official languages. Able to demonstrate discretion, availability, autonomy, and initiative.
