Responsibilities



Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their service needs and inquiries. Accurately document customer information and vehicle details in the service management system. Manage the service schedule to optimize workflow and minimize customer wait times.

Qualifications



Proven customer service experience, preferably within an automotive dealership environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. A detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
