Summary



We are a well-established real estate property management team seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Candidate Profile:



Prior experience in real estate property management is required Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) Proficient with computer skills, including: o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) o Photoshop or Canva Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

Responsibilities



Provide administrative support to the property management team Prepare documents, contracts, and reports Assist with marketing materials and online listings Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, and vendors Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Pay: $17.85-$28.12 per hour
