GraceMed is looking for an experienced, customer-service oriented medical receptionist to join our team. Our preferred candidate would be someone who has worked within the cosmetic field and has a good understanding of surgical and/or non-surgical cosmetic procedures. We are looking for a professional individual with a focus on patent care and customer service.
Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all patient demographics are correct and updated as needed
  • Manage all incoming calls related to pre-op, post-op and surgery.
  • Manage all incoming faxes
  • Booking appointments for all providers in the clinic.
  • Scan documents for filing in the EMR system.
  • Performing financial transactions such as debit, credit card and cash
  • Dealing with courier and lab services
  • Maintaining cleanliness of reception area, waiting room and patient rooms.
  • Other responsibilities as needed

Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous customer focused role and/or clinic experience in plastic surgery or aesthetics preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills,
  • Self-starter, with a proven track record of high performance
  • Outstanding communication skills and excellent phone demeanor
  • Extremely high proficiency in technology and software programs and the ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Engaging personality and optimistic outlook
  • EMR experience an asset.
  • ACCURO knowledge an asset.
