Job description KLD Medical Clinic is looking for a Receptionist at our Kerrobert Clinic location. This will be a part time position, as well as casual for the Kerrobert, Luseland, and Dodsland Clinics. Duties include greeting patients in person or over the phone with a calm, kind, and welcoming demeanor, booking appointments, directing incoming questions to the appropriate department, and overall support for the Providers and Administrative staff. Applicants should be very comfortable with computer work, be very efficient, and be able to work under a fast paced atmosphere. Confidentiality is held at the highest standard with this position, and the selected applicant will be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement. Administrative Assistant diploma would be an asset, as well as any knowledge of the Accuro EMR Program. Only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.
