Job Description



We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to cover a maternity

leave. This temporary role provides an excellent opportunity for someone who is

proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks

while supporting our team during the regular employee's absence.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.

? Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

? Assist with data entry, reports, and general administrative tasks.

? Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders.

? Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries when required.

? Assist with invoice processing, expense reports.

? Maintain accurate records of transactions, purchases, or budgets.

? Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth operations

? Provide support to store managers from the main office.

? Maintaining a file or archive

Requirements:

? Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is

preferred.

? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.

? Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12-18 months

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
