Responsibilities
Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, and Microsoft CRM
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
Process supplier invoices for management approval, and expense tracking
Handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and document preparation
Process cash payments for customers accurately
Scale operations - monitor vehicle traffic in and out of the yard, record weights, communicate with yard staff.
Experience
Prior office experience preferred, especially in administrative or clerical roles
Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and data entry skills required
Experience working in customer service environments with strong phone etiquette skills
Knowledge of front desk operations and multi-line phone systems advantageous
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize responsibilities in a fast paced environment
Excellent proofreading and attention to detail necessary for success in this role
