Reception and Marketing Assistant.
You will work in a
busy real estate office and co-working space
, providing front-desk reception services, assisting real estate agents, and creating marketing content in various forms. A great opportunity learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients, agents, and visitors with professionalism and a welcoming attitude
Answer phones, emails, and manage inquiries for both the real estate office and co-working space
Provide administrative support to real estate agents and staff
Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, reports, and presentations
Support social media and design projects (experience with Canva required; InDesign is an asset)
Help maintain an efficient and professional office environment
Qualifications
Must reside in the
Waterloo Region (Ontario)
Previous experience in
reception, real estate support, or administrative roles
preferred
Proficiency in
Canva
(required); knowledge of
InDesign
is considered an asset
Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and deliver excellent service to clients and agents
Additional Details
Position Type: Maternity leave coverage (contract basis)
Compensation: $19-$20 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Waterloo, Ontario (onsite role)
Start Date: Immediately
