Administrative Assistant / Junior Bookkeeper

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Duties:



Manage emails, calls, and scheduling Maintain digital and paper filing systems Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal documents Order office supplies and manage inventory Provide general support to management and team

Bookkeeping Duties:



Assist with accounts payable and receivable Bank and credit card reconciliations Data entry into accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) Help prepare financial statements and reports Track expenses and ensure accurate record keeping

Qualifications:



Previous experience in administrative or bookkeeping roles preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and accounting software Excellent organizational and time-management abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and take initiative
