About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the Branch Administrator and contribute to the smooth daily operations of the branch. This role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, multitasking, and maintaining structured administrative processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and maintain the Executive Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
Monitor and organize shared email inboxes, tagging and prioritizing messages for follow-up.
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Provide day-to-day support to the Branch Administrator.
Assist with additional administrative tasks and branch operations as required.
Work closely with internal teams to support smooth communication and workflow.
RequirementsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Professional communication skills.
Willingness to work onsite in Edmonton.
Must complete a standard criminal background check.
Must complete mandatory training upon hire (FOIP, Cybersecurity, Information Management, Respect in the Workplace, etc.).
