The Role:
We're seeking a proactive and friendly
Administrative Assistant
to support our main admin team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy office environment, is confident on the phone, and enjoys helping customers and coworkers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and emails professionally and promptly
Assisting with customer inquiries, order updates, and scheduling
Filing, scanning, and organizing important documents
Supporting our lead admin with day-to-day tasks and project coordination
Light data entry and updating internal systems
Pitching in where needed - we're a small team and everyone helps everyone
Requirements:
Previous customer service or front desk experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable on the phone and handling multiple tasks at once
Organized and detail-oriented
Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, and internal systems - training provided)
Nice to Have:
Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
Familiarity with construction, logistics, or manufacturing environments
