We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Markham, Ontario. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for purchasers and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and detail-focused experience while assisting with inquiries and administrative tasks. This position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment and support a high-density real estate development project.
Responsibilities:

  • Welcome purchasers and visitors with a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor as they enter the Customer Care office.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Direct inquiries to the appropriate team members and provide timely assistance.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments as needed, ensuring efficient communication.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the department's daily operations.
  • Respond to tenant and owner inquiries regarding move-ins and related concerns.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and resolving issues.
  • Ensure email correspondence is managed promptly and efficiently.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel, to manage data and documentation effectively.
  • Collaborate with the on-site supervisor and team members to address additional duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role within high-rise development.
  • Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a detail-oriented demeanour.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Experience in scheduling and managing appointments.
  • Familiarity with handling tenant and owner concerns in a condominium or real estate setting.
