At Jackson Construction, we are a growing and dynamic team specializing in renovations and construction projects across Montreal. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join us full-time. This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting our project managers, clients, and partners.

Responsibilities
Perform general administrative tasks, including managing emails, phone calls, and schedules
Prepare, organize, and track billing, invoicing, payroll, and job-related documents
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Handle construction-related administrative tasks such as:
RBQ documentation
CNESST compliance and requirements
Revenue Quebec filings and communications
Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met
Support management with insurance, licensing, and compliance requirements
Contribute to a professional and organized office environment

Requirements
Prior administrative experience (construction or related field an asset)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn construction-specific administration
Bilingual (English and French) preferred

What We Offer
Starting salary: $23/hour with potential growth up to $30/hour based on experience and performance
