We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper
to join our team. This is a full-time, position working with multiple companies across various bookkeeping and administrative functions.
What We're Looking For:
Strong

ability to work independently
Proven ability to
manage deadlines
and adapt to shifting priorities
Solid understanding of
basic accounting principles
, including:
Receiving and processing payments
Invoicing
Deposits
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
Proficiency with the following software is
required

QuickBooks
Sage
Microsoft Excel & Outlook
Comfortable working in a
paperless, fully electronic environment
Responsibilities Include:
Data entry and account management for multiple companies
Electronic filing and recordkeeping
Supporting financial reporting and reconciliation tasks
Communication with clients or vendors as needed
