We are seeking a Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team. This position is responsible for performing administrative duties and data collection, and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment and be proficient in Excel, Quickbooks and Google Apps.
Responsibilities:
Manage AGLC deposits and data entry
Submit AGLC Payments
New product registration with AGLC
Excise Payments
Manage Connect and shipping ASN
Basic Accounting
Payroll
Maintain Website and Online Store
Bookkeeping in Quickbooks
Scan data from documents and file digitally
Verify accuracy of data entered
Create and maintain spreadsheets using Excel
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Quickbooks
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
