Job Description


  • Act as first point of contact for client and business inquiries.
  • Find new business opportunities and help in developing new business opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Coordinate staff calendars and assist in managing work schedules.
  • Provide administrative support to executive staff and department heads.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications and reports.
  • Handle general office tasks, such as data entry, document management, and filing.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, both internal and external.
  • Maintain and update personnel records and other administrative documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding new staff members and ensure the completion of required paperwork.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-organized and equipped for efficient work.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 \xe2\x80\x93 40 per week Benefits:

Education:
  • Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

  • English (preferred)
