Key Responsibilities



Greet clients and provide a warm, professional front-desk experience Assist in managing listings and transactions via tools like BrokerBay, Webforms, TransactionDesk, and MLS (training provided)*
Keep office workflows running smoothly and help agents remain on track Help coordinate team meetings, internal updates, and office functions Support light social media efforts (posting, prepping visuals in Canva, etc.) Provide general administrative assistance including managing emails, organizing files, and preparing documents

What We're Looking For



At least 1-2 years of admin or customer service experience Familiarity with or enthusiasm for the real estate world is an asset Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace and Canva; open to learning more Calm under pressure, good at juggling tasks and staying organized Comfortable speaking professionally in-person and on the phone Team-oriented with a willingness to adapt and support wherever needed Available to work a mix of daytime, evening, and occasional weekend shifts

Role Details



Position Type:

Full-time, Permanent

Compensation:

From $18.50/hour, depending on experience

Schedule Includes:

8-hour shifts Morning, day, and evening availability Monday to Friday Some weekends as required

Qualifications



Education:

Completion of Secondary School (required)

Experience:



Customer Service: Minimum 1 year (preferred) Administrative: Minimum 1 year (preferred) Real Estate Office: 1 year (preferred but not mandatory)

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
