Title: Administrative Manager
Workplace: PacLease Montreal (7400 Rte Transcanadienne, Saint-Laurent, QC H4T 1A5, Canada)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Salary: between 60-75K

Summary of responsibilities:
Manage truck rental invoicing and apply periodic billing rate updates;
Manage monthly financing fees;
Account monthly for truck rental revenues and insurance costs;
Verify contracts and prepare invoices;
Work with Paclease Corporate Accounting to process payables and balance books;
Monthly reconciliation of purchase expenses;
Manage accounts receivable/payable opening and accounts receivable age matrix;
Manage accruals for payables, monthly financing fees, commissions, short-term revenues;
Analyze various reports on a monthly basis;
Communicate and apply procedures for all activities related to the administrative management of rental vehicles;
Analyze and monitor the achievement of performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
DEC in accounting or equivalent;
3+ years experience in bookkeeping management and accounting analysis;
Bilingualism in French and English (speaking, reading and writing);
Good knowledge of computer systems;
Organizational, analytical and planning skills.
