Mandat:



Sous la supervision du Gestionnaire, Integration Client, l'Administrateur(trice) d'integration des client soutiendra a la fois l'integration des clients et les operations de vente au sein du departement des ventes. Ce role junior commencera par une formation aux cotes de l'equipe d'Integration Client afin d'apprendre les processus d'integration, les exigences en matiere de documentation et la gestion des comptes. L'Administrateur(trice) sera egalement responsable du soutien aux operations de vente en gerant les prospects Salesforce, la gouvernance des donnees et les rapports, tout en assurant un soutien de remplacement pour l'integration client au besoin.

Responsabilites principales, sans s'y limiter :



Soutenir l'integration des clients en aidant a la verification de la documentation, la validation des opportunites, la configuration des comptes clients et la gouvernance des processus Collaborer avec les representants commerciaux afin d'assurer une integration precise et conforme dans tous les systemes Maintenir et mettre a jour les bases de donnees et les documents destines aux clients Soutenir les operations de vente en gerant les prospects entrants dans Salesforce, en effectuant de la recherche de donnees, en mettant a jour les dossiers, en participant aux activites de generation de prospects et aux rapports de prospects, tout en garantissant l'exactitude et la gouvernance des donnees de vente Gerer et traiter efficacement les communications entrantes et les demandes internes (courriels, CPF, etc.) pour soutenir l'integration client et les operations de vente Fournir un soutien de remplacement pour l'Integration Client

Exigences:



1 a 2 ans d'experience en administration, de preference avec une exposition a plusieurs systemes Solides competences organisationnelles et multitaches avec une attention exceptionnelle aux details Capacite a suivre les procedures operationnelles standard et a maintenir des donnees precises dans plusieurs systemes A l'aise avec la technologie et capable de gerer simultanement plusieurs plateformes Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel en particulier) Bilingue (anglais et francais) + La maitrise de l'anglais est obligatoire car ce role traite avec des employes canadiens et americains (80 %). Capacite a travailler sur site a Montreal

Mandate:



Reporting to the Manager, Customer Integration, the Client Onboarding Administrator will support both client onboarding and sales operations within the Sales department. This junior role will begin with training alongside the Client Integration team to learn onboarding processes, documentation requirements, and account maintenance. The Administrator will also be responsible for supporting sales operations by managing Salesforce leads, data governance, and reporting, while continuing to provide backup support for client integration when needed.


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



Support client onboarding by assisting with documentation verification, opportunity validation, client account setup, process governance Collaborating with sales representatives to ensure accurate, compliant onboarding into all systems Maintain and update databases and client-facing documents Support sales operations by managing incoming Salesforce leads, performing data mining, updating records, assisting with lead generation activities and lead reporting, ensuring sales data accuracy and governance Manage and action incoming communications and internal requests (emails, CPFs, etc.) efficiently and accurately to support client onboarding and sales operations Provide backup support for Client Integration

What You Offer:



1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably with exposure to multiple systems Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate data across multiple systems Tech-savvy, comfortable using and maintaining multiple platforms simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular) Bilingual (English and French) + Fluency in English is mandatory as this role deals with Canadian and US employees (80%). Ability to work in-office in Montreal

Nice to Have:



Knowledge of international import/export and logistics processes Experience with TMS (CargoWise) and CRMs (Salesforce) Previous experience in a sales support, client onboarding, or data administration
