JLL est a la recherche d'un(e) Administrateur(trice) de Baux qui sera responsable de l'administration des profils et de differentes taches connexes pour un ensemble de locataires dans son portfolio. Le titulaire jouera un role essentiel dans la gestion et l'administration des contrats de location et veillera a ce que les termes et conditions des baux soient respectes.
CE QUE VOUS FEREZ
Interpreter les baux negocies avec les locataires des proprietes commerciales, ainsi que les documents connexes, afin de saisir l'information juridique et financiere qui s'y trouve dans le systeme Yardi
Rediger et mettre a jour les parametres du bail des locataires dans le systeme Yardi en vue de la facturation, de l'analyse financiere et juridique et de la production de rapports
Veiller a l'exactitude des donnees saisies et classer les taches par ordre de priorite dans le respect des politiques et des procedures de JLL
Verifier l'information relative aux baux presente dans le systeme en la comparant aux documents juridiques d'origine
Effectuer certaines taches liees a la gestion des baux, au besoin
Assurer le suivi mensuel de la facturation
CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS
Diplome collegial en technique juridique ou para juridique et au moins deux ans d'experience en administration des baux et/ou commerciaux OU une experience pertinente equivalente dans le milieu de l'immobilier (centres commerciaux)
Solide connaissance theorique et pratique de la suite MS Office
Connaissance de Yardi, un atout
Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais(a l'oral comme a l'ecrit)
Capacite a travailler de facon autonome dans un milieu ou les activites se deroulent a un rythme rapide, a mener plusieurs taches de front, a etablir ses priorites et a respecter les echeanciers

JLL is currently seeking a Lease Administrator who will be responsible for profile administration and various related tasks for a portfolio of tenants. The incumbent will play a crucial role in the management and administration of lease agreements and ensuring that the terms and conditions of the leases are respected.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Interpret leasing documentation negotiated with our tenants in commercial properties along with other collateral documentation to capture the legal and financial information in the Yardi system
Create and update tenants' lease abstracts in Yardi for billing, financial, legal and reporting analytics
Ensure the accuracy of the data entered and prioritize workload while respecting the policies and procedures
Perform system lease information audits by corroborating against legal source documents
Complete special lease administration assignments as required
Support monthly recurring billing
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Post-High School/College Law -clerk/ paralegal degree with a minimum 2 years of experience with commercial and/or office leases
Or equivalent industry experience in commercial leases
Proficiency in MS Office software and knowledge of Yardi is an asset
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment setting priorities (multitasking) and respecting deadlines
Flexible work schedule
Ability to work well within a team environment
Good analytical skills and basic accounting knowledge
High energy with a positive learning attitude
Fluency in French and English(both oral and written)
