Your duties

UN APER\xc3\x87U DES D\xc3\x89FIS QUI VOUS ATTENDENT :

• Sous la supervision du chef de service informatique, vous interviendrez sur l\'ensemble des syst\xc3\xa8mes informatiques et r\xc3\xa9seaux d\'entreprise, aussi bien au niveau de la gestion que de la maintenance des serveurs, dans un environnement serveur hybride Windows et Linux. De plus, vous assurerez une assistance technique de niveau 3 aupr\xc3\xa8s des usagers du r\xc3\xa9seau. Le tout dans un contexte d\'application de la norme ISO;
• Vous administrerez, optimiserez les performances et assurerez le maintien de la disponibilit\xc3\xa9 des serveurs de l\'entreprise;
• Vous serez la ressource principale pour la configuration et le support du r\xc3\xa9seau (network) interne et externe;
• Vous participerez activement \xc3\xa0 la gestion des pare feux (firewall);
• Vous identifierez et r\xc3\xa9soudrez les probl\xc3\xa8mes sur l\'ensemble des \xc3\xa9quipements tout en documentant la gestion des changements;
• Vous g\xc3\xa9rerez et assurerez la disponibilit\xc3\xa9 des syst\xc3\xa8mes de stockage de l\'entreprise;
• Vous participerez aux diff\xc3\xa9rents projets li\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 l\'informatique tant au niveau du site que de nos diff\xc3\xa9rents partenaires;
• Vous assurerez et maintiendrez la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 des donn\xc3\xa9es et la gestion des acc\xc3\xa8s de l\'entreprise;
• Vous contribuerez au partage de connaissances en r\xc3\xa9digeant des articles dans une base de connaissances et syst\xc3\xa8me de documentation;
• Vous participerez \xc3\xa0 l\'implantation des diff\xc3\xa9rentes technologies et syst\xc3\xa8mes dans l\'entreprise;
• Vous fournirez un soutien sur appel 24x7 si n\xc3\xa9cessaire;
• Enfin, vous serez une r\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence et un mentor pour l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de support informatique et assurerez l\'assistance technique de niveau 3 aux usagers.

AN OVERVIEW OF THE CHALLENGES AHEAD:

• Under the supervision of the IT Manager, you will work on the company\'s IT systems and networks, both in terms of management and server maintenance, in hybrid Windows and Linux servers. In addition, you will provide Level 3 technical assistance to network users. All of this in respect of the ISO standard;
• You will manage, optimize performance and ensure the maintenance of availability of the company servers;
• You will be the primary resource for internal and external network (configuration and support);
• You will actively participate in the management of firewalls;
• You will identify and solve problems on all equipment while documenting change management;
• You will manage and ensure the availability of the company\'s SANs systems;
• You will participate in various IT projects both at the site level and with our various partners;
• You will ensure and maintain data security and access management;
• You will contribute to knowledge sharing by writing articles in a knowledge base and documentation system;
• You will participate in the implementation of the various technologies and systems in the company;
• You will provide on-call support 24x7 if required;
• Finally, you will be a reference and mentor for the IT support team and provide level 3 technical assistance to users.

• Connaissances : Ma\xc3\xaetrise des syst\xc3\xa8mes Windows Server 2003 \xc3\xa0 2019; tr\xc3\xa8s bonne connaissance des \xc3\xa9quipements Cisco et gestion r\xc3\xa9seau; tr\xc3\xa8s bonne connaissance des protocoles de communication TCP/IP; bonne connaissance de Linux, bonne connaissance de VMware et des syst\xc3\xa8mes de stockage, connaissance de syst\xc3\xa8mes et logiciels de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9, syst\xc3\xa8me de sauvegarde et r\xc3\xa9plication, t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phonie IP, PowerShell;
• Profil : Bon jugement, souci du travail bien fait, esprit de service, courtoisie, belle pr\xc3\xa9sentation, dynamisme, esprit d\'\xc3\xa9quipe;
• Atouts : Certification Cisco, Certification Microsoft et VMware, Fortinet et Docker.

YOU WILL IMPRESS US IF YOU HAVE:

• Education: College or university diploma in computer science;
• Experience: Ideally a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;
• Knowledge: Expert in Windows Server 2003 to 2019 systems; very good knowledge of Cisco equipment and network management; very good knowledge of TCP / IP communication protocols; good knowledge of Linux, good knowledge of VMware and storage systems; knowledge of security systems and software, backup and replication system, IP telephony, PowerShell;
• Profile: Good judgment, concern for the job well done, spirit of service, courtesy, good presentation, dynamism, team spirit;
• Assets: Cisco Certification, Microsoft and VMware Certification, Fortinet and Docker.
