Admin/customer Service Representative/personal Assistant

Job Description

We are hiring a full time Administrative Personal Assistant who will work closely with the General Manager to learn all daily processes involved in running our operations. The position starts as an in person role where you will accompany the General Manager during site visits, employee training, and operational walkthroughs. This hands on phase will last for three to six months so you can fully understand the administrative and operational tasks required.

After the training period, the role transitions into office based work and may include some remote work once systems and responsibilities are fully mastered. Your main focus will be scheduling, communication with clients, organizing information, managing calendars, and supporting the administrative side of our service operations.

Main responsibilities

Accompany the General Manager during the first three to six months for training Attend site visits, job walkthroughs, and employee training sessions Learn and assist with administrative workflows and daily operations Handle scheduling, emails, and phone intake once trained Collect client details including job scope, photos, and service information Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets and CRM systems Assist in preparing quotes, following up with clients, and organizing job bookings Support technicians with daily coordination and task updates Manage calendars, staffing schedules, and operational checklists Transition into office based and partial remote work once fully trained
Required skills and experience

Strong proficiency with Google Workspace including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets Experience with QuickBooks is an asset Experience using CRM systems especially in home services is an advantage Full G drivers licence with a clean drivers abstract Comfortable travelling within the GTA daily during the training period Able to work from the office as needed after training Excellent communication and organizational skills Able to multitask and follow structured processes Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast paced environment
Position details

Full time role Hourly pay between 23 and 24 dollars per hour Performance based bonuses Three to six month hands on training phase with the General Manager Office based and partial remote work after training Long term growth opportunities

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
