PRE Labs is looking for part-time Admin Support to assist with document handling and general office tasks. We're flexible on how the hours are arranged -- a couple of hours each day or a few full days per week. We're happy to work out a schedule that fits.
Responsibilities
Scan and digitize documents
Maintain both physical and digital filing systems
Answer and direct phone calls
Distribute documents to the appropriate departments
Provide general administrative support as required
Qualifications
Confident using computers, digital filing tools, and basic Excel
Clear and professional communication skills
Comfortable working with order numbers, part numbers, and other numerical references
Reliable, organized, and able to stay focused with repetitive tasks
Able to work independently and keep a steady pace
Work Environment
On-site at PRE Labs in Kelowna
Air-conditioned office space
Industrial equipment nearby but separated
Minimal exposure to sensitive information except basic accounting documents
Requirements
Must already be located in Canada and legally able to work
LMIA or sponsorship is not available
Previous admin experience is helpful but not required
Estimated start date: late November or early December
Compensation
$17.85 per hour
Vacation pay accrued per BC Employment Standards
