Job Description


Administration \xe2\x80\x93 Order Processing, Advertising Flyers, Social Media Postings, Marketing & Advertising skills. Prioritize urgent tasks, coordinate shipping tasks with warehouse staff, organized all invoices and purchase orders, collect a record of orders and payments, process cheque and credit card payment, check all incoming bills and keep an organized To-do list Client Care \xe2\x80\x93 Answer all phone calls, use multi-line phone system, take messages, checking emails and replying enquires, consult and work in co-ordination with supervisor, create price quotes, remember client names and needs and can offer the top notch customer service. Excellent English communications. Purchasing \xe2\x80\x93 Confirm prices, create estimates and quotes, purchase orders to suppliers as needed, confirm pick up/delivery dates, order courier service Accounting & E Commerce \xe2\x80\x93 Work with Quickbooks software and with Accountant to keep up with daily sales. Maintain our own ecommerce website details (prices, updated photos, description, blogs, social media posts, testimonials and photoshop / flyers skills) Teamwork \xe2\x80\x93 Communicate the right information to a small team: warehouse, accounting, IT, and other administration staff. Catch up on previous days\xe2\x80\x99 updates while you were away. Pass on details for the next steps for the other admin staff to continue work after you\xe2\x80\x99re gone. \xc2\xb7QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent command of writing and speaking English, and welcoming tone of voice to talk to clients
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (publisher, word, excel) for various data entry, tracking, and reporting purposes.
Positive attitude to learn the tasks and bring new marketing/ advertisisng ideas to improve the company sales
Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, a collaborative work style, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Punctual to arrive to work on time and organized work ethics. Job Type: Part-time Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour Benefits:
