We are currently seeking for an engaging and active Social Media & Customer Service Representative to join our small team in Calgary. Body Massager is a leading e-commerce business in Australia with a focus on massage and well-being products. We are currently expanding our business to Canada and we are looking for a positive, creative and passionate person to be part of our company and grow with us! You will work in a friendly office environment where having a good energy is a must. Our office is currently located in Calgary Downtown. Responsibilities :

  • Social Media
  • Work WITH US to develop social media content - We are a team, we like communication.
  • Manage monthly schedule.
  • Suggest and assist in the creation of blogs.
  • Assist with partners.
  • Actively communicate and suggest ideas - We love people that act instead of reacting.
  • Customer Service
  • Answering general customer enquiries and providing helpful solutions (mainly e-mail)
  • Resolving possible customer complaints and queries regarding their orders.
  • Building strong and lasting customer relationships.
  • Maintaining the internal database.
Skills and Qualifications :
  • Strong communications skills are required.
  • Able to work well unsupervised to maintain relationships with customers.
  • Well organized, creative, motivated, outgoing, positive personality is a must.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
  • Self-management attitude.
  • Computer skills are required - Microsoft Office, Gmail, Mac, Canva.
  • Social media management.
Education/Experience:
  • Prior customer service experience is preferable - please provide references.
  • Sales experience is preferable.
  • Experience with social media management preferable - please provide info/portfolio.
  • Canadian citizen or permanent resident - company sponsorship is not available.
Schedule and advantages:
  • Usual work time: 9:30am to 5pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexibility - possibility to work from home from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Part-time Salary: $19.00-$22.00 per hour Additional pay:
  • Overtime pay
