Voici vos principales responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:

  • R\xc3\xa9pondre aux demandes de coll\xc3\xa8gues ou de personnes ext\xc3\xa9rieures
  • Classer les documents
  • Pr\xc3\xa9parer des lettres, des m\xc3\xa9mos, des accords, des contrats de vente, etc.
  • R\xc3\xa9viser les contrats, les accords et les lettres juridiques
  • Assister aux r\xc3\xa9unions de l\'entreprise et du personnel
  • Examiner/organiser les calendriers
  • R\xc3\xa9pondre aux courriels
  • Remplir tous les formulaires demand\xc3\xa9s et les pr\xc3\xa9parer pour la signature
  • Assurer la liaison avec les avocats, les acheteurs, les vendeurs, les notaires, etc.
  • Organiser les cl\xc3\xb4tures
  • Pr\xc3\xa9parer les r\xc3\xa9solutions n\xc3\xa9cessaires
  • Recherches sur diff\xc3\xa9rents sites gouvernementaux
  • Pr\xc3\xa9parer les baux commerciaux/traiter avec les locataires/communications
  • Voyage d\'affaire 4 fois par mois \xc3\xa0 Toronto
Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s annuelles
  • D\xc3\xa9p\xc3\xb4t de documents aupr\xc3\xa8s des autorit\xc3\xa9s f\xc3\xa9d\xc3\xa9rales et provinciales pour toutes les entit\xc3\xa9s
  • Toutes les r\xc3\xa9solutions
  • Demandes d\'assurance des locataires
Qualifications requises:
  • Bilingue - fran\xc3\xa7ais et anglais avanc\xc3\xa9, excellentes aptitudes \xc3\xa0 la communication \xc3\xa9crite et verbale
  • Ma\xc3\xaetrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Souci du d\xc3\xa9tail et capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 \xc3\xa9tablir des priorit\xc3\xa9s
  • Produire des travaux avec un haut niveau de pr\xc3\xa9cision
  • Professionnalisme et sens de l\'organisation
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler de mani\xc3\xa8re ind\xc3\xa9pendante et en \xc3\xa9quipe
  • Au moins 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience professionnelle similaire
Le client offre un salaire comp\xc3\xa9titif et avantages sociaux. Le poste est \xc3\xa0 temps plein de 9h \xc3\xa0 17h du lundi au vendredi sur site. Les heures de travail sont partag\xc3\xa9s entre les bureaux de St-L\xc3\xa9onard et de Ville Saint-Laurent.



AXXEL RH is a talent acquisition firm and our client, a well-known Montreal-based company specializing in real estate development and management in Canada and the United States, is looking for an Executive Assistant.

Would you like to have a crucial role in providing administrative support to management? Are you recognized for your professionalism, organization, ability to manage priorities and attention to detail? Do you have experience in property management? We would like to meet you.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Answer requests from colleagues or outside persons
  • Document filing
  • Prepare misc. letters, memos, agreements, sales contract etc.
  • Review contracts/deals/legal lettersAttend Corporate and staff meetings
  • Review/organize calendars
  • Respond to emails
  • Complete any forms requested and prepare for signatureLiaise with lawyers, buyers, sellers, notaries etc.
  • Organize closingsPrepare any necessary resolutions
  • ResearchSearches on different government sites
  • Prepare commercial leases/deal with tenants/communications
  • Business trips to Toronto 4 times a month
Annual Responsabilities:
  • Federal and provincial government filing for all entities
  • All resolutions
  • Tenant insurance requests
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual \xe2\x80\x93 French and English, strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize
  • Produce work with a high level of accuracy
  • Professionalism and organization skillsAble to work independently and as part of a team
  • At least 5 years of similar work experience
The client offers a competitive salary and benefits. The position is full-time, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., on site. Monday to Friday. Working hours are shared between the St-L\xc3\xa9onard and Ville Saint-Laurent offices.
