Elite Immobilier is seeking an experienced and motivated
Administrative Assistant & Receptionist
to join our dynamic team. This
hybrid role
is vital in providing administrative support to our general directors
while managing the front desk
at our head office.
What we're looking for
Diploma or certification in secretarial studies, office administration, or similar field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in an administrative or receptionist role.
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Fluency in spoken and written French; working knowledge of English.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, management software, and phone systems.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, tenants, partners, and suppliers at the reception desk and over the phone.
Handle mail, deliveries, emails, agendas, and general inquiries.
Provide direct administrative support to the
general directors
(document prep, file tracking, meeting logistics, etc.).
Keep the front office organized, professional, and efficient.
Collaborate with the broader team on daily operational needs.
Assist in data entry, filing, and document management.

Ce que nous recherchons
Diplome ou certification en secretariat, bureautique, ou administration.
Minimum
5 ans d'experience
dans un poste similaire.
Excellentes competences organisationnelles, de communication et de service a la clientele.
Maitrise du francais parle et ecrit, bonne connaissance de l'anglais.
Aisance avec les outils technologiques (Suite Office, logiciels de gestion, telephonie, etc.).
Responsabilites
Assurer la reception physique et telephonique des visiteurs, locataires, partenaires et fournisseurs.
Gerer le courrier, les livraisons, les appels, les courriels et les agendas.
Offrir un soutien administratif direct aux
directeurs generaux
(preparation de documents, suivis de dossiers, logistique, etc.).
Maintenir un environnement de travail organise, accueillant et efficace.
Collaborer avec les autres membres de l'equipe pour la gestion quotidienne des operations.
Participer a la mise a jour de donnees, a l'archivage et a la gestion documentaire.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$52,500.00 per year
