pour rejoindre notre equipe
achats materiels et pieces
basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada)
Votre role en tant qu'acheteur strategique pieces standards sera de consolider l'ensemble des activites transversales de l'equipe, mettre en place et gerer la gouvernance ainsi que le calendrier des activites de l'equipe et soutenir le deploiement du tableau de bord de l'equipe et mener a bien le rythme des activites.

Vos defis:
Consolider l'ensemble des activites transversales de l'equipe ( projets / Planification / Couts / Risques & Opps) par commodites.
Mettre en place et gerer la gouvernance ainsi que le calendrier des activites de l'equipe (Revue feuille de route, gouvernance interne , Interaction SteerCo...)
Soutenir le deploiement du tableau de bord de l'equipe et mener a bien le rythme des activites.
Occasionnellement effectuer la mise en oeuvre de la gouvernance pour les nouveaux projets, notamment : structure des reunions, systeme de suivi des projets, y compris les indicateurs cles de performance et le suivi des actions.
Participer a l'elaboration de la feuille de route et du plan annuel d'evolution des strategies d'achats.
Contribuer aux activites de sourcing, gerer les appels d'offres et la negociation des contrats afin d'obtenir les meilleures conditions d'achat en accord avec les exigences de la Societe.
Assurer le suivi du contrat (pendant les phases d'innovation, de developpement, de production et de support) aupres des fournisseurs et des partenaires internes a la Societe afin d'assurer l'application complete des conditions et des modalites du contrat pendant toute sa duree et garantir que les livrables fournis par les prestataires sont en tous points conformes aux performances attendues (logistique, support, qualite, cout...).
Gerer au quotidien les relations avec les fournisseurs et les projets en cours afin d'optimiser la valeur pour le client, tout en minimisant le TCO (cout de propriete total) et les risques.
Animer une ou plusieurs Sous-MFT et Participer aux MFT/MDT (equipes multi-fonctionnelles/multi- divisionnelles) tout au long des phases d'appel d'offres, de negociation et d'execution du contrat.
Contribuer a la mise en place de solutions digitalisees
Se conformer aux documents de procedure d'Airbus.
Votre profil:
Minimum 5 ans d'experience dans le domaine de l'approvisionnement, preferablement plusieurs annees dans le domaine aeronautique (Procurement & SC - Buyer Aerospace - Medium / Senior)
Connaissance contractuelle efficace et negociateur international avec une experience commerciale et contractuelle eprouvee, ainsi qu'une connaissance juridique.
Experience dans la gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs et l'approvisionnement, ou autre experience equivalente dans la gestion de parties prenantes externes.
Negociation Un niveau avance d'anglais et une connaissance pratique du francais sont requis
Solides competences relationnelles et bonne gestion des parties prenantes : ecoute, negociation,
Gestion des conflits, communication et competences interculturelles dans un contexte international.
Capacite a etre flexible, pragmatique et a avoir un style de travail analytique tout en ayant une bonne attention aux details
Bonne capacite a travailler de maniere autonome au sein d'equipes internationales dans un environnement exigeant et en constante evolution.

The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Strategic Buyer of Standard Parts to join our materials and parts purchasing team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada.
Your role as a Strategic Buyer of Standard Parts will be to consolidate all cross-functional team activities, establish and manage the team's governance and activity calendar, support the deployment of the team dashboard, and ensure the smooth execution of activities.

Your challenges:
Consolidate all cross-functional activities of the team (projects / Planning / Costs / Risks & Opps) per commodity.
Set up and manage the governance as well as the calendar of the team's activities (Roadmap review, internal governance, Interaction SteerCo...)
Support the deployment of the team dashboard and drive the pace of activities.
Occasionally perform governance implementation for new projects including: meeting structure, project tracking system including key performance indicators and action tracking.
Participate in the development of the roadmap and the annual plan for the evolution of purchasing strategies.
Contribute to sourcing activities, manage tenders and contract negotiations in order to obtain the best purchasing conditions in accordance with the Company's requirements.
Monitor the contract (during the innovation, development, production and support phases) with suppliers and internal partners of the Company in order to ensure full application of the terms and conditions of the contract throughout its duration and guarantee that the deliverables provided by the service providers comply in all respects with the expected performance (logistics, support, quality, cost, etc.).
Manage day-to-day supplier relationships and ongoing projects to maximize customer value, while minimizing TCO (total cost of ownership) and risk.
Lead one or more Sub-MFT and Participate in MFTs/MDTs (multi-functional/multi-divisional teams) throughout the tendering, negotiation and contract execution phases.
Contribute to the implementation of digital solutions
Comply with Airbus procedural documents.
Your boarding pass:
Experience in the field of supply, preferably several years in the aeronautical field.(Procurement & SC - Buyer Aerospace - Medium / Senior)
Effective contractual knowledge and international negotiator with proven commercial and contractual experience, as well as legal knowledge.
Experience in supplier relationship management and procurement, or other equivalent experience in managing external stakeholders.
Negotiation An advanced level of English and a working knowledge of French are required
Solid relational skills and good management of stakeholders: listening, negotiation,
Conflict management, communication and intercultural skills in an international context.
Ability to be flexible, pragmatic and have an analytical work style while having good attention to detail
Good ability to work independently within international teams in a demanding and constantly changing environment.
