Job Description

Position: Accounts Receivable Technician Location: West Island of Montreal (5 days onsite)
Salary: $55,000 (Based on experience)
Benefits: 3 weeks of vacation, flexible hours, 3 sick days and more\xe2\x80\xa6The ideal candidate for this role:- At least 1 year of accounting experience (preferably accounts receivables)
- Fluently bilingual for communications outside Quebec
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Capable of working independently and within a teamMain Responsibilities:- Generate and issue invoices to customers
- Record deposit payments accurately in the system
- Transmit account statements and reports to customers as necessary
- Contact customers via telephone or email to collect outstanding accounts receivable efficiently
- Resolve collection issues by negotiating viable arrangements and conducting follow-up
- Address billing anomalies promptly by interacting with customers
- Maintain positive customer relations to facilitate debt collection
