I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team, experts in finance, speak your language and operate in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.I am looking for an accounts receivable technician for my client, a large pharmaceutical group. This is a hybrid permanent position.We are looking for a person with training in accounting and 3 to 5 years of experience to work mainly on customer accounts.The main tasks:
- Accounting for deposits
- Answers to customer questions and basic follow-ups
- Collection of credit card payments
- Updating credit card data
- EDI processing: invoices and account statements
- Credit processing and sending by email
- Assistance with accounts payable
- Bank reconciliationRequired profile

• College diploma (DEC), equivalent, or relevant experience;
• Minimum of five to seven (3 - 5) years of experience in a similar role;
• Bilingualism, both oral and written (French and English);
• EDI experience an asset
• Knowledge of JDE software an asset
