Accounts Receivable Technician

We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Technician to support the team located at our Boucherville distribution centre. It\'s a face-to-face position with a possible move to a hybrid working arrangement.

• Follow up on customer accounts under their responsibility (invoicing, collections).
• Analyse and release pending orders (credit approval, late payment).
• Process and record payments received from customers (cheques, direct deposits, credit cards).
• Respond to customer queries.
• Analyse and reconcile customer accounts.
• Obtain credit information for new customers.
• Ongoing monitoring of compliance with credit conditions granted to customers and obtaining the information required for the annual update.
• Work closely with customer service.
• Actively participate in the improvement of current systems.

When your expertise drives us.

• DEC in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Bilingualism in French and English required for communication with clients across Canada.
