Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description
Our client, a renowned company in the transportation industry, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its team. The candidate will participate in the processing, monitoring, and securing of the company\'s customer accounts.
Full-time. Permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming payments on customer accounts;
- Process bank deposits;
- Communicate with clients regarding their account status and assist them in problem solving when necessary;
- Perform customer account reconciliations;
- Produce reports for the management team;
- Contribute to the monitoring of the department\'s key performance indicators;
- Manage the company\'s key accounts and analyze customer portals;
- Perform all other related tasks.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Proficiency with computers and processing online transactions;
- Knowledge of accounting principles;
- Excellent customer service;
- French and English bilingualism;
- Excellent oral and written communication;
- Strong Excel skills.
