Position: Accounts Receivable Analyst

Southbridge Health Care LP (Southbridge) is currently looking to add a talented Accounts Receivable Analyst to our amazing corporate finance team at our head office in Cambridge, ON. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the Analyst will support the accounts receivable function of Southbridge\xe2\x80\x99s Long-Term Care and Retirement homes.

Southbridge is the owner and operator of long-term care homes and retirement communities in Ontario. Southbridge\xe2\x80\x99s mission is to operate a best-in-class portfolio of care homes and retirement communities that consistently deliver excellence in care and services in an economically sustainable manner.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Support Accounts Receivable function including timely and accurate processing of resident payments.

\xc2\xb7 Reconciliation of monthly resident billings and resident trust accounts

\xc2\xb7 Review cash receipts.

\xc2\xb7 Assist with the collections process including contacting residents/resident representatives to resolve any issues.

\xc2\xb7 Review discrepancies through discussions with home staff and operations.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in preparation of AR reporting packages.

\xc2\xb7 Assist with audit requests where needed.

Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Experience with PCC is considered an asset.

\xc2\xb7 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an A/R position, experience in LTC environment considered an asset.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office.

\xc2\xb7 Outstanding communication skills (written and oral).

\xc2\xb7 Post-secondary in areas of business, accounting or related field considered and asset.
